The time is 1930s. Two young men in Kolkata are trying to explore the city amidst the social unrest, till they find the den of the mysterious Taranath Tantrik.

Episode 1

Taranath is asked to share his experiences while struggling to learn the art of pagan practices. He narrates his encounter to his first guru, Matu Pagli.

Episode 2

Days pass as Taranath gradually starts to feel the presence of supernatural traits during a few instances. One such instance leads him to a young girl.

Episode 3

Taranath shares his childhood experience of coming face to face with Tantra practice when he is affected by a deadly flu, that becomes impossible to cure.

Episode 4

During his days of practicing the pagan art, Taranath is assigned the tough task of saving a young girl from the hands of a Kapalik. Was his attempt fruitful?

Episode 5

Taranath recounts how he earned the attention of Kalbhairav with his unceasing efforts, but failed miserably at a crucial moment during his practice.

Episode 6

Taranath talks about his experience of sensing the presence of an unusual being during his visit to his home after spending years as a wanderer.

Episode 7

Taranath recalls how he was smitten by an enchantress at a young age, and narrates the series of baffling incidents which followed soon after.

Episode 8

While recounting the experiences of his youth, Taranath narrates the tale of his encounter with a young woman named Madhusundari.

Episode 9

Taranath describes his experience of getting invited to a rich man's house where he sensed an otherworldly presence. Did he use his power of exorcism?
