Episode 1

Seetha dresses up as a goddess for the festival at the temple. When her scooter breaks down, Ram gives her a lift. Meanwhile, Saradhi kidnaps Mahalakshmi's potential daughter-in-law to blackmail her.

Episode 2

Ram helps a pregnant woman at the temple. Mahalakshmi sees Madhumitha and decides to get her married to Ram, who starts to like Madhumitha. Later, Ram puts a garland around Seetha’s neck.

Ram and Mahalakshmi realise that they both chose the same girl. Seetha tells Madhumitha that she walked on burning coals for her. Mahalakshmi’s family goes to the police station to meet Sivakrishna.

Sivakrishna’s family gets excited about Mahalakshmi’s family visiting their house. At the temple, Madhumitha condemns Surya as he makes arrangements for them to get married.

 Circumstances compel Ram to marry Seetha, a plain-looking girl, but his stepmother refuses to accept her as her daughter-in-law. How will Seetha convince his family about her worth?

While Surya tries to persuade Madhumitha to marry him, Seetha arrives at the temple to take her home. Madhumitha gets shocked on learning that Ram’s family has come to fix their marriage alliance.

Madhumitha insists on speaking with Ram in private. Ram mistakes Seetha for Madhumitha and realises that she is the girl he met before. Later, Ram misunderstands that Madhumitha wants to marry him.

Sivakrishna gets furious over Madhumitha marrying Surya. Lalitha and Sivakrishna break ties with Madhumitha and throw her out of the house. Later, Ram’s uncle blames him for the situation.

Ram’s uncle convinces him to marry Seetha for the sake of protecting Mahalakshmi’s honour. Seetha gets shocked when they talk to Sivakrishna. As she refuses, Sivakrishna requests her to marry Ram.
