Kansa, the megalomaniac chief of Mathura, lets a captive Vasudeva wed Devaki. Almighty Vishnu states that Kansa's arrogance will finish him.

Episode 1

A divine prediction informs Kansa that Devaki's eighth child will kill him. Yashodha is saddened by her childlessness. Kansa is about to behead Vasudeva publicly in Mathura.

Episode 2

Kansa wants Vasudeva to see his eighth baby's murder. Yashodha is ready to take care of Devaki's eighth baby. Vishnu informs Lakshmi that Kansa is terrified.

Episode 3

Vasudeva's confidante Akroor joins Kansa's bureaucracy to free Vasudeva. Devaki and Vasudeva's 'dharmic' nature pleases Vishnu. A paranoid Kansa kills Devaki's first baby.

Episode 4

Almighty Vishnu explains to Lakshmi why Devaki's first six babies have to die. Kansa kills Devaki's first six babies. Rohini attempts vainly to free Vasudeva and Devaki.

Episode 5

Devaki's seventh baby is conceived by Rohini, thanks to Almighty Vishnu's Nagaraj Shesha's intervention. Yashodha is pregnant and Devaki procreates her eighth baby.

Episode 6

Putana and Kansa's palatial guards faint inexplicably. Amidst a huge downpour, Vasudeva carries his eighth baby across river Yamuna to Gokul. Vasudeva takes Yogamaya with him.

Episode 7

Yashodha is congratulated mistakenly for bearing a boy. Kansa ridicules the Almighty Vishnu. Kansa fails to kill the girl, who assumes a divine feminine form.

Episode 8

Kansa wonders how Devaki's eighth child was taken out of jail despite tight security. Gokul's residents stage a colourful performance to adore Yashodha's son. Vasudeva is whipped.


Episode 9

Kansa orders the murder of all newborns in Braj as a way of killing Devaki's eighth child. Vrishbhanu's daughter does not open her eyes, and he is committed to taking care of her.


Episode 10

Kansa's soldiers are in Braj to kill its newborns. A twister leads to Vrishbhanu's ox-cart entering Gokul, where Yashodha's son's contact opens Vrishbhanu's daughter's eyes.


Episode 11

Vrishbhanu's daughter opens her eyes. Vasudeva does not tell Devaki that their eighth child is alive. Kansa sees the anguish of the mothers of the dead babies.


Episode 12

Almighty Vishnu's will prevents Commander Bhadraksh from nabbing Gokul's newborns. Kansa butchers Bhadraksh and his deputies. Putana seeks a chance from Kansa to redeem herself.


Episode 13

Gokul takes the newborns for a parikrama around the village. Through their horoscopes, Pooranmaasee gets an inkling that they are the avatars of Almighty Vishnu and Lakshmi.

Vrishbhanu Takes Radha To Barsana. Devaki Falls Off The Cliff But Lord Vishnu Protects Her. Kanha Is Five Years Old And The Entire Gokul Is Mesmerised By His Looks.

Villagers Are Happy To See Kanha. Vasudev Is Certain That Devaki Is Alive. Kanha Arranges Food For His Cow, Savare. Putana Thinks That Kanha Could Be Devaki's Eighth Son.

Episode 17

Kanha Explains The Importance Of Giving Milk To Calves First Because It Is Their Right To Have Their Mother's Milk. Putana Invites Kanha And His Friends For Lunch.

Kanha And His Friends Release All The Calves So That They Can Drink The Cow's Milk. The Angry Gopis Run After Kanha Who Dashes Into Putana, Making Her Fall With His Mere Touch.
