Psychiatric nurse Patrick cares for his handicapped older brother, Matthew, whose traumatic past has left him terrified of butterflies, shaping their difficult, unusual life. Patrick's world shifts when he meets Mia Hernandez, a famous children's book author and Matthew's favorite writer.
