In response to the doctors' strike, Seung-hyo strikes back, and the media, particularly interested in a drug mis-dose cover-up, shows up. Seung-hyo looks for ways to further increase the hospital's profit margins, while Jin-woo agrees to an interview to represent the doctors's point of view. Noh-eul tries to show Seung-hyo a closer facade of whole hospital.
