Vedika is shocked to find out that Yash suffers from a terminal illness. When he expresses his dying wish, she agrees to fulfil it. Meanwhile, Bhoomi informs Sahil that Yash and Vedika are back from their honeymoon. Sahil is excited and later visits Vedika. She, however, urges him to move on with his life and mentions that she has taken a major decision. Following a call, she leaves. Later, distracted thinking about Vedika’s words, Sahil meets with an accident while going after her.
