Though Vedika tries to help Sahil's family feel at home, Badi Amma blames her for everything that has gone wrong so far. Sahil later apologises to Vedika on Badi Amma's behalf. Gauri, meanwhile, informs Vedika that Prachi has been hurt. Vedika then convinces Yash to help Sahil's family. He agrees to do so on the condition that Vedika will marry him. Vedika, however, refuses to accept Yash's condition. Yash cannot come to terms with the rejection and blackmails Vedika.
