As the winning captain, Gaurav saves Usha Tai from elimination. The remaining home cooks must cook a protein-based dish in 75 minutes with 5 minutes of pantry time.

Episode 20

The home cooks prepare for the immunity pin challenge, which consists of two rounds, one featuring onions. Who will emerge victorious?

In this paired challenge, the home cooks must create a balanced meal. Each station is equipped with a cardio cycle, and the gas stoves will only stay on if they generate energy by cycling. While one home cook prepares the dish, the other pedals.

The healthy food challenge continues as Usha Tai, Rajiv, Tejasswi, and Nikki secure their spots. Meanwhile, Archana, Kabita, Faisu, and Gaurav face the pressure test. Due to illness, Dipika is unable to participate.

The home cooks have 30 minutes to prep for the dish they will make tomorrow in 75 minutes, with each home cook assigned a different overnight cooking technique through sealed envelopes.

Episode 28

Home cooks must identify the ingredients in a given dish. Correct guesses reveal the ingredient under a cloche, while a wrong guess eliminates them. Each cook guesses one ingredient per turn, and the last one standing earns a major advantage in the main challenge.

Episode 29

In this pressure test challenge, home cooks must test their luck by selecting five ingredients from four rows of covered cloches, with each row containing five cloches. Who will shine tonight?
