Koro Sensei, a powerful tentacled being who destroyed part of the moon, vows to destroy Earth within a year. He becomes a teacher for Class 3-E, offering students the chance to assassinate him using government-provided weapons. Nagisa, a shy student, struggles between killing his phenomenal teacher to save the world or learning from him before Earth's demise.

Assassination Classroom EP 1

Sugino fails to assassinate Koro Sensei by mimicking a baseball star but receives advice on individuality. Karasuma reflects on E-Class's role as social outcasts. Later, Koro uproots the students' tulip garden to teach a lesson but courts forgiveness by hanging from a tree while they take shots at him, blending absurdity with mentorship.

Assassination Classroom EP 2

Karma Akabane, a sociopathic student returning from suspension, challenges Koro Sensei and comes close to killing him. However, Koro Sensei remains patient and works to reform Karma's troubled life. When Karma exploits Koro Sensei's vow to protect his students, their dynamic takes a dark turn, highlighting Koro's commitment to teaching despite danger.

Irina Jelavic, an assassin posing as a language arts teacher, joins Class 3-E but struggles with teaching and killing Koro Sensei. Her arrogance alienates students until Karasuma urges her to balance her roles as an educator and assassin. Despite her charms, Koro proves elusive, teaching Irina humility and adaptability in her dual role.

Koro Sensei helps a shy chemistry prodigy improve communication skills. Later, E-Class attends a school assembly where they are mocked by peers and even the Dean for their status as outcasts. Despite humiliation, Koro Sensei continues nurturing their growth, emphasizing resilience and self-worth amidst societal prejudice.

Preparing for midterms, Koro Sensei splits himself into multiple versions tailored to each student's needs, ensuring personalized teaching. When the principal visits, reinforcing his disdain for Class 3-E, Koro Sensei remains determined to prove their worth and teach the value of having a backup plan, inspiring his students to overcome adversity.

On a field trip, Koro Sensei meticulously prepares the class with detailed guidebooks covering everything from shopping to spotting couples. When some students are kidnapped by thugs from Karasuma's past, Koro's extreme preparedness and quick thinking become crucial in rescuing them, showcasing his protective nature beyond teaching.

Assassination Classroom EP 7

Continuing their Kyoto trip, the class attempts to lure mercenary sniper Red Eye into assassinating Koro Sensei. Despite repeated failures, Red Eye is moved by Koro's charisma and decides to abandon his mission to explore the world. Meanwhile, the boys and girls gossip in separate hotel rooms, with Koro secretly eavesdropping on their conversations.

A new 'transfer student' arrives: A.I. Female Assassin (A.I.F.A.), a military AI designed to analyze and counter Koro Sensei's moves. Her relentless BB gun attacks disrupt the class, but Koro Sensei devises a plan to foster friendship between A.I.F.A. and the students, blending technology with human connection in his unique teaching style.

Irina's intimidating mentor, Lovro, challenges her to prove her assassination skills. Koro Sensei proposes a mock assassination duel between Irina and Lovro, with Karasuma as the target. A friendly exhibition baseball game between Class 3-E and the school's baseball team intensifies when Koro Sensei teaches his students how to bunt against star pitcher Shindo. The principal, unwilling to let the underdogs win, steps in to teach Shindo and his teammates a harsh lesson in determination and fairness.

Karasuma's old colleague takes over gym class, initially charming students with treats and camaraderie. But when his brutal twelve-hour training regimen surfaces, the students are pushed to their limits. Karasuma watches helplessly as his former class is terrorized, eventually stepping in to challenge his colleague's harsh methods with a contest.

Terasaka, resentful of his former friends' transformation under Koro Sensei's influence, falls for Shiro's elaborate plan to exploit Koro Sensei's greatest weakness: water. The scheme sets the stage for a high-stakes confrontation, testing both Terasaka's resolve and Koro Sensei's vulnerabilities.

Assassination Classroom EP 14

To motivate students for finals, Koro Sensei offers a free tentacle shot to each top-performing student. When Class A learns of Class 3-E's ambitions, star pupil and principal's son Asano devises a plan to keep them in check and uncover his father's secrets, escalating the rivalry between classes.

Assassination Classroom EP 15

Class 3-E confidently tackles finals, outperforming Class A in most subjects. Karma learns the consequences of his careless attitude, while Asano, the principal's son, plots revenge. As a reward, Koro Sensei agrees to relinquish one tentacle per top student, totaling seven. The school grants Class 3-E a summer trip to Okinawa, where they plan their next assassination attempt.

Assassination Classroom EP 16

During a beetle hunt, the class discovers Okajima's clever porn trap. On their Okinawa trip, the students split into groups to distract Koro Sensei while others prepare for a major assassination attempt. After a day filled with hang-gliding, cave-diving, snorkeling, and dining on a floating restaurant, they lure Koro Sensei to a remote seaside chapel for their plan.

Assassination Classroom EP 17

The class unveils their assassination plan and nearly succeeds, only to encounter Koro Sensei's Absolute Defense Form, rendering him invincible for 24 hours. Though disappointed, the students return to the hotel, where they fall gravely ill. A mysterious caller claims responsibility for poisoning them, demanding Koro Sensei's surrender in exchange for the antidote, forcing a tense negotiation.

Assassination Classroom EP 18

The students infiltrate the poisoner's hotel to steal the antidote. Irina distracts guards with a flawless Chopin performance, astonishing everyone. A waiter recognized by Yuma attempts to gas Karasuma, but the special ops agent survives and confronts the madman. On the top floor, the poisoner's employer awaits with two unusual henchmen, escalating the danger.

Assassination Classroom EP 19

Karma surprises Grip when the latter tries to gas him. The gang navigates a noisy club to reach the next level. The girls opt to go alone, dressing Nagisa in drag for cover. An insecure rich boy flirts with Nagisa, leading to unexpected complications as the students press forward in their mission.

Assassination Classroom EP 20

Under fire from the deadly marksman Gastro, the gang devises a plan to neutralize him without shooting. As they ascend the hotel's floors, they realize the mastermind behind the attacks isn't an assassin. Their suspicions are confirmed when the big boss reveals himself as Takaoka, seeking revenge for past humiliation at Nagisa's hands.

Assassination Classroom EP 21

Takaoka lures Nagisa into a deadly one-on-one confrontation. Despite the danger, Nagisa gains the upper hand without killing him. The gang discovers Takaoka's hired assassins betrayed their employers, and their friends only suffer from food poisoning. With the crisis resolved, Class 3-E returns to normal as a new school term begins.
