Mukti is a 1977 Hindi romantic drama film starring Shashi Kapoor, Sanjeev Kumar and Vidya Sinha in lead roles. Sentenced to death, Kailash asks his wife, Seema to take their daughter and relocate elsewhere. Moving to Bombay, she remarries and is content with her new life. Meanwhile, Kailash's sentence is changed and he comes to Bombay to look for his family.
